Alpha is a video series designed to inform and engage and create opportunity for discussion around faith, God and the Bible.
We run our Alpha during FAM’S nights at YYADS in the Kids Church Room of our Church. We meet for Alpha approximately 5 times a term giving plenty of time in between gathering together to read the Bible, ask questions or watch the material again.
The purpose of running our Alpha is to provide a fresh way to engage with faith, meaning those who have faith or are exploring faith will be encouraged by the teaching and approach to discussions.
Importantly, Alpha is a journey taken together, like a road trip heading somewhere, meaning there is as much to gain and enjoy in the journey, as there is in the destination.
