According to love

Help me, Lord my God; save me according to your unfailing love.

Psalm 109:26

I remember a time when I received help, it was according to another persons decision to show kindness. There are moments when we need help beyond our own strength and resources. Our salvation becomes subject to another person, according to their decision or choice.

What if that decision or choice was based on a love that was unfailing. The idea of unfailing love is that it is not dependent on anything. Such love just is, it cannot fail.

How can we base help on another higher or greater than a love that cannot fail, an unfailing love. Help according to the unfailing love of God is help we can depend upon, can trust and can receive!
